With FloppySend you can have an SMS Templates so it can be faster for you to send SMS,

Go to SMS -> SMS Templates:

Manage your pre-defined message templates information

Create a new SMS Template:

To create a new SMS Template, Click on the create button on the right,

Then enter the template name and its message

Templates Table:

Your Template has been created and now you can see it in the templates table below:

Edit and Delete Template:

On the right, you can click on the Message icon to send this template directly and you can edit it or delete it,

Delete All Templates:

Also, you can delete all the templates if you wish by clicking on the delete button above the template’s table

With FloppySend you can create a new contacts group, edit, select an existing group or delete one or all groups,

On your Dashboard, Go to SMS -> Address Book

Create a new Address Book:

To create a new contact group, click on the group create button on the right,

Enter the group name, and click the create button:

Address Book Table:

The group has been created and now you can see it on the group’s table below:

Manage The Address Book:

You can manage the Address Book, edit it or delete it, click on the Address Book name to add contacts:

Add Contacts to the Address Book:

In the right above the contacts table, you can add a new contact by clicking on the create button:

Then enter the contact name and number and click Add,

Import Contacts:

If you wish to import the contacts you can click on the import button on Address Book page:

Then choose an excel file with the numbers and the names within it (Col A for Numbers, Col B for Names) and click on Next, you can check the file samples below

You can choose to upload the contacts to an existing group or to a new group, choose what do you prefer, and click on the Next Button, continue the process and click Import

Congratulations! your contacts file has been imported successfully. 

Export Contacts:

If you wish to export a contact list, go to the list you want to export and click on the Export button: 

Delete All Contacts:

To delete all the contacts on the group, click on the Delete button on the right,

Send SMS Directly from the Address Book:

On the right in the contacts table you can send SMS directly to one of the contacts by clicking on the message icon:

Also, you can edit the contact name and number by clicking on the edit button, and you can delete it with the delete button.

Change contact Address Book:

With FloppySend you can change the contact Address Book easily by clicking on the purple people icon in the right of the contact and change its group:

Then select which Address Book you want to move this contact to and click Save Changes,

Delete All Address Books:

To delete all the Address Books click on the delete button on the right above the Address Book table,

Unicode for message delivery, GSM-7 contains all the western characters – UCS-2 characters of all living languages and the common special characters, Please bear in mind the different number of characters of for one message part, UCS2: 70 characters, in case of multi-part messages 67 characters, GSM7bit: 160 characters, in case of multi-part messages 153 characters.
So you can type in any language and it will be delivered in the same language, You can turn it on, or off if you don’t want to Unicode your message (Unicode).

4. Flash Message: 

A Flash Message is a message that appears on the recipient's mobile screen directly. The recipient does not need to go to the mobile phone inbox to read the message, nor is the message allocated to the SMS inbox, 
by turning it on then your message will be a flash message (Flash SMS).

5. Message Box: 

Enter the message that you wish to send to your recipient, Type your message in English language or any other language, for none English language turn on the Unicode feature,
Under the message box on the right, you can check the number of characters and message(s) that you entered.

Under the message box you can see our special features for SMS: 

•  Shorten-URL: 
  you can add a Shorten-URL you created before from the shorten-URL section directly into your message by clicking on this button and choose the shorten-URL.
  
• Messages Templates: 
  By clicking on this button you can choose a saved template that you created before in the SMS Templates section and use it here
  
• Save Template: 
   If you wish to save the message that you created here as a Template to use it later again, you can do this directly            from here by clicking on the save template button
  

6. Schedule SMS: 

You can also schedule your message to send it in another time within 30 days, turn it on and fill up these fields:

• Time Zone: Choose the time zone you want.
• Select Date: Select a date within 30 days to send the message on this day.
• Time: Select the time to send the message at this time in the day that you choose before.

Click on Send Later Button to schedule the message.
