You are able to reset your password to a new one.
Click on forgot password on the login screen.
Then a new page will be open as below.
To recover your password
simply enter your current email address and click “Send Password Reset Link”.
Then a “forgot your password” email will be sent to your email.
Simply click on the link you received in your email.
In the next step, you will be redirected to a new page requesting your new password.
Simply key in your email, new password and confirm your new password.
Now you have successfully changed your password.
