If for any reason, you feel that our service does not meet your expectations, we will provide you with a full refund.

Upon requesting a refund within 14 days of doing any type of payment, you’ll get a full refund. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the reason is not valid.

After 14 days, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis. So, fair?

  1. If you’re not 100% contented with your purchase, then you may get in touch with us within 14 days from the purchase date and we’ll offer a full refund of unused credits. 
  2. No refund shall be processed to the customer when changing the plan. 
  3. Strictly no refund in credit or cash for any mistake made by the customers. 
  4. No refunds will be provided for any Email credits bought and used. 
  5. To make certain that each of our customers is treated equally, no exemptions can be made.
